Shipping Coverage Area

Nova Car Lifts currently ships to customers within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Our goal is to provide reliable delivery service and secure transportation for every order, especially for large and high-value equipment.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your purchase has been received and is being prepared for processing. If additional information is needed to complete your order, our team will contact you directly.

For certain large freight shipments, we may also reach out to confirm delivery details before dispatch.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and freight scheduling requirements.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires extended lead time, we will proactively contact you with updated timelines and available options.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information whenever available. Freight shipments may include additional delivery coordination directly through the carrier.

We believe customers should always know the status of their order, and we work to provide clear communication throughout the shipping process.

Estimated Delivery Time

Typical transit times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier availability.

In most cases, customers can expect total delivery within approximately 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that larger freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling and additional transit coordination depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Carriers

Nova Car Lifts works with trusted national carriers and freight providers to ensure dependable delivery service. Depending on the size and type of product ordered, shipments may be handled through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or professional freight carriers.

Large automotive equipment and oversized items are typically delivered via freight service to ensure safe transportation and handling.

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to maintain accurate delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier scheduling, freight network congestion, manufacturer availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

If delays affect your order, our team will proactively notify you with updated information as soon as possible. We are committed to transparency and communication throughout the fulfillment process.
